-ADDING USERS (Residents)
Manager or Admin Access Required -After logging in, tap the picture of your community. -The next page will display a list of your current users. -To add a user tap “Invite Member” in the upper right of the screen. -Select Resident and tap Next. -Enter the Name, Apartment Number and Phone number (The apartment number can be used multiple times for multiple residents in the same apartment) -If your community uses Gatewise remotes, you can assign a remote to resident with the Remote dropdown. You will need to type a number in the box to generate the list of remotes. -Tap Save. The resident will receive a text that they have been invited to the community with a link and can proceed to download the app and gain access. -If you have established any Groups, you can also assign the groups you would like the user to be in. -Pending in the user list means they have not yet signed
-ADDING USERS- STAFF MEMBER GATE ACCESS
-To give staff members access to the gates without restrictions that the residents have, tap on invite member and then select Staff. -Select 24/7 Access. Enter the staff member’s name and phone number. -The staff member will receive a text with a link to download the app.
-ADDING USERS- STAFF MEMBER PORTAL ACCESS
-To give staff members access to the portal, click on invite member, and then select staff. -“Manager” Access will give access to add and remove users. “Admin” access will give full access to all settings and schedules. -Enter the staff member’s name and email and they will receive an email with a link to set up their password. EDITING USERS-Manager or Admin Access Reqd. -Tap on the Users tab on the left -Search for the resident or user in the Search box on the top left. You can search by name, apartment number or phone number. -Tap the blue pencil icon. -Edit the information that needs changed and hit save. -If the user is a Member and have a new number, you will have to archive them and readd them with the new number.
REMOVING USER ACCESS
-Tap on the Users tab on the left -Search for the resident or user in the Search members box on the top left. You can search by name, apartment number or phone number. -Tap the red box with the arrow and select Archive on the pop up. Access will be removed.
