Vendor Access

There are 2 ways to give vendors access to your Community. This first method is to add them as a Non-Resident. In this case they will have the same access as residents-they will be able to access the same access points during the same available hours as your Residents. First click on your users tab.

Your vendor will now receive a text invite to download the app and will be able to sign in and use it.

Another option if you want to restrict your Vendor's Access is to Use the Vendor Access tab. In this case, they will NOT use the app. Instead they will be texted a link that they will use. The link will open their web browser on their phone and give them the buttons you choose that will work during the times you choose. Click on the Vendor Access Tab.

Please remember, when using Vendor Access, they will NOT download and use the app. This will not give them access to be able to sign into the app. It will simply text them a link to use buttons via their web browser.
