What is a corporate account?

Updated this week

A corporate account is a specialised type of investment account designed for businesses, organisations, and corporate entities. Unlike a personal account, which is tied to an individual investor, a corporate account is owned and operated by a legal business entity such as a Limited Company (Ltd) or Private Limited Company (PLC).

A corporate account allows businesses to:

  • Invest company funds in Gather Being investment products

  • Execute trades on behalf of the corporate entity rather than a personal investor
