Ensure you have your GATHER.nexus account email address and password ready
Have access to your email for any verification requirements
Use a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for the best experience
Navigate to the sign-in page
Open your web browser and go to: Sign in
Choose your sign-in method
You have several options to access your account:
Option 1: Standard email and password sign-in
Email Address field: Enter the email address associated with your GATHER.nexus account in the text field labelled "Enter your Email Address"
Password field: Click in the password field and type your account password
Sign In button: Click the green Sign In button to access your account
Option 2: Quick sign-in with accounting system credentials
For added convenience, you can sign in using your existing accounting system credentials:
Sign in with Intuit: Click the Sign in with Intuit button if you use QuickBooks and have linked your account
Sign in with Xero: Click the blue Sign In with Xero button if you use Xero and have connected your account
💡Tip : Using accounting system sign-in is faster and ensures your credentials stay synchronised, but you'll need to have previously signed up these accounts to your GATHER.nexus platform.
After clicking Sign In, GATHER.nexus will verify your credentials:
Successful sign-in: You'll be redirected to your dashboard within 2-3 seconds
First-time sign-in: You may be prompted to verify your email address (if not verified)
Don't have an account yet?
If you're new to GATHER.nexus, look for the text "Don't have an account yet?" at the bottom of the sign-in form.
Click the Sign up Today! link or hit the sign up button or Click this Link
You'll be redirected to the account creation page

Common questions
Q: I forgot my password - what should I do? A: Click the Forgot Password? link on the sign-in page, enter your email address, and check your inbox for reset instructions. The reset link will arrive within a few minutes.
Q: Can I stay signed in on this device? A: Yes, GATHER.nexus will remember your session for security purposes, but will require re-authentication after extended periods of inactivity.
Q: Why am I being asked to verify my email address? A: This will happen for the first time once you signed for platform so for security and account verification purpose, GATHER.nexus ask you to verify your email.
Q: The sign-in page isn't loading properly - what's wrong? A: Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If problems persist, contact our support team at support@gather.nexus
Q: Can multiple people use the same GATHER.nexus account? A: While possible, we recommend each team member has their own account with appropriate permissions. This provides better audit trails and security for your financial data.
