How long is my free trial?

Your free trial is 14 days. During the trial, you’ll get all of the features on our Premium plan, including:

  • Unlimited events

  • Unlimited organizers

  • Standard and advanced matches

  • Events with up to 200 participants at once

  • No limit on the number of events participants can join

  • Event analytics to show participation and usage

Do I need a credit card to start my free trial?

No, you don’t need to enter a credit card to start your free trial. You’ll only need to enter payment details when you’re ready to upgrade to Premium.

How do I know how much time is left on my trial?

You can always see how many days are left in your trial by logging into your account and navigating to your group’s billing page. We’ll show you how many days are left. We’ll also email you a couple of reminders during your trial. Still have questions? Just email us at hello@gatheround.com and we’ll help!

What if I need more time to try Gatheround?

After your trial expires, you can request an extension for your trial by logging into your Gatheround account. Once logged in, choose the appropriate group, and navigate to the billing page. You’ll be able to request an extension using the link there.

I have an existing group on the Personal tier… how do I get a free trial?

If you’ve already created a group but haven’t upgraded to Premium yet, we can help you get a 14-day trial. Reach out to us at hello@gatheround.com (please include the link to your group page!), and we’ll help you out.

When I upgrade to the paid Premium plan, when does my billing start & when will I be charged?

Once you submit your payment details to upgrade to Premium, your billing period starts immediately. You will be charged on a monthly basis at the end of the billing period for your usage that month. With Gatheround Premium, you are only charged for the actual number of participants you have in a given billing period. A “participant” is defined as a user who joins one or more events associated with your Gatheround group. If a participant joins two (or three, or four) separate events in the same billing month, you will only be charged once for that participant. You can read more about billing in this article.

Can I get a free trial of the Managers Monthly series?
