1- If a tournament's prizes are guaranteed, you will find a yellow cup icon on the cover of that tournament.

2- Your profile should be showing up in the winner's section on the tournament page if you are one of that tournament's winners. (If your name is not among the winners while it should be, or if you think there is a mistake or something wrong with the score, please contact the tournament organizer right away.)

3- Winners will be contacted by someone from GBarena's prizing department on their account on GBarena or by email within 14 days of the tournament's end date, and will be asked to send accurate and valid information of the payment method they would prefer. If the required information is not provided within 14 days after GBarena's contact with you, the prize will be considered as cancelled.

4- All prizes are transferred to the winners only through the currently supported channels:

Vodafone Cash (Egypt).

Orange Cash (Egypt).

PayPal.

*No prizes are ever paid in cash.

5- If a tournament's prizes include (in-game currency, or in-game products or cosmetics... etc.) those will be sent only by an official third-party platform that has an ongoing partnership or a license from the game publisher.

6- All delivered prizes and rewards do not include the withdrawal fees of any third party money transfer.

7- All delivered prizes and rewards do not include any taxes.

8- GBarena is not responsible for any tournament that doesn't have the guaranteed prizes yellow icon.

9- If the prizes are for a team, the team leader will receive all the prizes, his and his teammates'.

10- Some events' guaranteed prizes can take longer time to be sent to the winners, depending on the sponsor's delivery of the prizes to the company in order to be distributed.

11- Any prize will be sent as it is, whether it is money, in-game currency, or in-game products or cosmetics, and none of those types of prizes can be changed or switched to another by request in any possible scenario.
