First: How to identify upcoming matches
Log in to the website
Click on the profile picture
Select "Upcoming Matches"
Second: How to communicate with the opponent
Log in to the website
Click on the profile picture
Select "Upcoming Matches"
Click on the "Match Profile" button
You will be directed to the match chat page (Note: Only the team manager has the authority to chat with the opponent)
How to record the match result
Log in to the website
Click on the profile picture
Select "Upcoming Matches"
Click on the "Match Profile" button
You will be directed to the match chat page
Click on the "Claim Score" button to add the result
Add the match result and upload a picture of the match result
Click "Submit Score" to record and send the result to the tournament officials for review
How to report an issue during the match
Log in to the website
Click on the profile picture
Select "Upcoming Matches"
Click on the "Match Profile" button
You will be directed to the match chat page
Click on "Report Issue" and add the complaint or problem.
