Where to Find Your Bonuses 🎁
You can access your bonuses in two ways:
Tap Free Bets in the Direct Access Bar on the Arena tab
Open My Bets, then tap the Bonuses tab at the top
Active vs. History Tabs 📂
Active – bonuses currently available for you to use
History – bonuses that have been used or have expired
How to Read a Bonus Card 🧩
Each bonus card shows:
Bonus Name – for example, Bonus Free Bet Single
Bonus Value – shown in your account currency
Expiration Date and Time – when the bonus must be used
Status – shown in green as Active Free Bet when ready to use
How to View Bonus Details 📋
Tap Bonus Details on any bonus card to expand it. You’ll see:
Type – the category of the bonus
Credited At – when it was added to your account
Status – confirms whether it’s active
Bonus Conditions and Requirements – the rules for using this bonus

How to Use a Free Bet 🎟️
When a Free Bet is eligible for your selection, a Free Bet Available dropdown appears in your Bet Slip.
To use it:
Add an eligible selection to your Bet Slip
Look for the Free Bet Available dropdown below the stake field
Tap the dropdown and choose the Free Bet you want to apply
The Free Bet value will be used as your stake for that selection
Free Bet Expiry ⏰
Each Free Bet must be used before its expiry date and time, which is displayed on the bonus card. Unused Free Bets will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.
How Free Bet Winnings Work 💰
When a Free Bet wins, only the winnings are credited to your account. The Free Bet stake itself is not returned.
Formula: Free Bet Stake × Odds − Free Bet Stake = Winnings Credited
Example: You place a Free Bet of SGD 10 at odds of 3.00. The total return would be SGD 30, but since the SGD 10 Free Bet stake is not returned, you receive SGD 20 in winnings.
General Free Bet Terms 📜
Free Bets can only be used on eligible selections that meet the Free Bet requirements - check the Bonus Details on each Free Bet card for the specific conditions
Free Bets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn as cash
Free Bets must be used before their expiry date
