What is a Deposit Limit?

  • A Deposit Limit lets you control how much money you can deposit into your GemBet account over a selected period.

  • You can choose a limit for:

    • Daily (resets every 24 hours)

    • Weekly (resets every 7 days)

    • Monthly (resets every 30 days)

  • Once your limit is reached, you won’t be able to deposit any more until the applicable limit period resets.

How do I set a Deposit Limit on my account?

  1. Click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Select Responsible Gaming under the Settings section.

  3. Select the Deposit Limit option.

  4. Choose your preferred limit period:

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

  5. Enter the maximum amount you would like to be able to deposit during that period.

    • If the amount entered is below the minimum allowed for your currency, a warning will be displayed.

  6. Click Apply Limit.

  7. A summary will be shown confirming the maximum amount you will be able to deposit during the selected period. Review the details and confirm your decision.

  8. Your Deposit Limit will be applied immediately.

  9. Once your limit has been set, you’ll be able to see the active limit and its details on your account.

Your active Deposit Limit will also be shown when making a deposit, regardless of the payment method you choose.

Is there a minimum Deposit Limit?

Yes. The minimum deposit limit is of:

  1. SGD / MYR: 30

  2. EUR / USD / AUD: 20

  3. THB: 700

Where can I see my Deposit Limit history?

  1. Your Deposit Limit History is available from the Responsible Gaming section.

  2. It shows your previously selected:

    • Deposit amounts

    • Limit periods

  3. You can choose to reactivate a previous limit using the toggle button.

  4. Before a previous limit is reactivated, you’ll be asked to confirm your decision.

Can I change my Deposit Limit?

  • Yes. Select Edit next to your current Deposit Limit to make changes.

  • Before confirming any change, a warning message will be displayed explaining when your new limit will take effect.

If you decrease your Deposit Limit

  • The lower limit will take effect immediately.

If you increase your Deposit Limit

  • The higher limit will take effect after 24 hours.

If you change the limit period

  • Changing between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly will take effect after 24 hours.

  • If you change both the amount and the period, you’ll see a summary showing your current limit and your new requested limit before confirming.

    • For example:

    • Weekly SGD 500 → Daily SGD 300

Can I turn off my Deposit Limit?

  1. Yes, you can request to turn off your Deposit Limit.

  2. Turning off a Deposit Limit does not take effect immediately.

  3. Your request will take effect after 24 hours.

  4. A countdown timer will show you when the change is due to take effect.

Can I cancel a pending Deposit Limit change?

Yes. If you have requested to:

  • Increase your Deposit Limit

  • Change your limit period

  • Turn off your Deposit Limit
    ​

    • You will have a 24-hour waiting period before the change takes effect.
      ​

    • During this period, you can select Undo Change to cancel the request and return to your original Deposit Limit.
      ​

    • The cancellation will take effect immediately.
