Turnover from Slots, Sports and Live Casino counts toward your ticket collection.

Tickets only count for the cycle in which they are collected and do not carry over to the next cycle.

How Do the Weekly Raffle Cycles Work?
October Raffles does not follow a standard Monday-to-Sunday schedule. Each cycle has its own ticket collection period:
Cycle 1: 5 October, 00:00 MYT - 10 October, 21:00 MYT
Cycle 2: 10 October, 21:01 MYT - 17 October, 21:00 MYT
Cycle 3: 17 October, 21:01 MYT - 24 October, 21:00 MYT
Cycle 4: 24 October, 21:01 MYT - 31 October, 21:00 MYT
Ticket collection closes at 21:00 MYT at the end of each cycle.
The next cycle starts at 21:01 MYT, allowing you to start collecting tickets for the next draw straight away.
Tickets cannot be transferred or carried over between cycles.

What Is the Mystery Bonus?
Collect 20 or more raffle tickets within one cycle to qualify for an additional Mystery Bonus.
The Mystery Bonus is separate from the weekly raffle prize.
It does not affect your eligibility for the raffle draw.
Qualification is based on the tickets collected during each individual cycle.
Tickets and Mystery Bonus qualification do not carry over between cycles.
Mystery Bonuses are issued within 24 hours after the cycle closes at 21:00 MYT.

How Do I Claim and Turn Over My Prizes?
