How do the weekly raffle cycles work?
The promo is divided into 4 separate weekly cycles, each with its own ticket collection period and raffle draw.
Ticket collection closes at 21:00 MYT on the final day of each cycle.
Collecting tickets for the next cycle starts at 21:01 MYT on the same day, so you can start stacking tickets for the next draw right away.
The countdown timer in the coin icon shows how much time is left in the current cycle.
Tickets are only valid for the cycle in which you collect them. They can’t be transferred, carried over or used in the next cycle.

What are the prizes?
Every weekly winner pockets a juicy GemAnniversary Bonus:

What is the Mystery Bonus?
You have to collect 20 or more tickets within one weekly cycle to get a Mystery Bonus.
You can only get one Mystery Bonus per cycle, so that’s up to 4 in total.
Mystery Bonuses are issued within 24 hours after each cycle ends at 21:00 MYT.
The Mystery Bonus is separate from the GemAnniversary Bonus and does not affect your eligibility for the weekly raffle draws.
How do I claim my bonus?
Follow these simple steps to claim both the GemAnniversary Bonuses and Mystery Bonuses:

Complete the 5x turnover requirement within 7 days of claiming.
Turnover rules:
