Custom item templates allow you to define your own item type with specific fields. When creating a custom item template, this can be used across your whole team as a saved item type. Feel free to add as many form fields as needed to support your item template.

Who can create or delete a custom item template?

Admins can create and delete custom item templates, but members cannot.
