To cancel your subscription, open the Billing tab of your account:

You can cancel the subscription, change the card, and download your invoices here.

The subscription can be cancelled anytime without any penalties. Please remember to do it within your current paid period until the next billing cycle begins. Otherwise, you will be charged for the next month/year automatically. The unused downloads vanish upon subscription expiration.
