Here's a couple of tips to help you avoid such behavior 👇
Add "covered body" prompt in the description;
Add "nude" in the negative prompt;
Make sure you select "Adult" in the Pose tab.
You can also keep the settings and prompts as they are and just hit the Update human/Generate variation button.
