Prompts are simple text instructions that explain to the AI what your human should look like. For better results, we recommend that you use prompts in addition to clickable parameters. Doing that will increase your chance of getting the desired image in fewer attempts.

Here are some basic rules for prompting in Human Generator.

Do's

  • Combine prompts with manually set parameters, but remember that manual settings always take priority over prompts when they describe the same quality.

  • Use short, straightforward descriptions, delimiting them with commas or semicolons. Example: “front-facing woman holding a red bag, wearing red high-heels, wallpaper on the background.”

  • Use synonyms to better convey your idea. For example, ”shy, modest girl in the old antique dusty library.”

  • Use adjectives and participles to add details. Example: “happy man sitting on the beach smiling“.

  • Check your spelling.

  • Increase the chance of getting a particular feature by adding weights. For example, the prompt red: 2 shoes” will make it more likely that your human has red shoes. Each word has a default weight of 1. So, 2 is the maximum weight, a 100% increase. If you want to decrease any feature, use 0.5, which equals a 50% decrease.

Don’ts

  • Don’t try talking to Human Generator like you do with ChatGPT.

  • Don’t use brackets and parentheses.

  • Don’t use capitalization.

Negative prompts

Use negative prompts to specify what you don’t want to see in the image. For example, if Human Generator produces a human wearing a T-shirt with a logo and you don’t like it, try adding “logo” to the negative prompt. You can mention several things in the negative prompt, delimiting them with commas or semicolons. Example: “logo, watch, hat.“

Here are some good examples that will give you an idea of how negative prompts work.

Logo

Makeup
