Every time we make a payment in Genially, our license is automatically renewed, or we receive credit, a bill is created that we can later consult and download in our account Settings. We can also edit our Billing information and, if we've paid with a card (Stripe), we can also edit our payment information.
Download or consult a bill
To download or consult a bill:
1. Open the menu on the Dashboard.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Go to tab Billing and payments.
4. Here you'll be able to see the bills that have been made and see an overview by clicking on the button.
5. Within the detailed list, you'll be able to see and print all the information.
