Why is it so important that you verify your email?

The confirmation of your email account is as important for you as it is for us, since it is a necessary step to keep your account and your creations safe. It will help us to confirm that it is really you who is registering with Genially and not someone else.

Therefore, some features will not be available until you verify your email address.

Don't worry, we'll show you how to verify it so that you have access to all of Genially's features.

How do I verify my email?

You can verify your email in different ways. Choose the one that is most comfortable for you:

From the Dashboard:

  1. Click the " Verify my account now" button at the top of the panel. You will receive an email to your email inbox.

  2. Access your email account to find this email in your inbox and click on it to access the content.

  3. Click on the "Confirm your email" button to complete the verification process.

From Account settings:

  1. Go to Account settings in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Click on the Access tab.

  3. Click the "Verify my account now" button at the top of the panel. You will receive an email to your email inbox.

  4. Log in to your email account to find this email in your inbox and click on it to access the content.

  5. Click on the "Confirm your email" button to complete the verification process.

Didn't you receive the message?

Your email inbox may have received it in the Spam folder. Look for it there and, if you don't find it, repeat the previous process so that we can send it to you again.

Still not receiving the email?

We recommend that you check the email address with which you log in to Genially to see if it is the same and correctly written. If there are any errors, you can correct them during the email verification process.

Click on the 'Change your email' button, enter the correct address and click on 'Send again'.

Important: Please note that when you change your email, it will be the one you use to log in to your Genially account from now on.
