In this section, you’ll learn more about how the data of one project in the GeniusVoucher system can be used with other projects in the system. The system allows sharing various types of data across projects, for faster and more efficient project creation, management and control. The data that the system allows sharing across projects are: Beneficiaries, Products, Vendors, and Reports. The Shared Data Interfaces allow showing and removing shared data on the system. The Shared Beneficiaries Interface shows the beneficiaries that are shared across multiple projects in the system. The beneficiaries listed in the Interface can be viewed and edited. If a beneficiary is edited from the Shared Beneficiaries Interface, the beneficiary’s information across all projects is updated with the changes. All other shared data interfaces function in the same manner as the Shared Beneficiaries Interface (the Shared Products, Shared Vendors, and Shared Reports Interfaces). To edit the details of a (vendor, beneficiary, product or report), click on the Edit button, make all the desired changes from the Edit Interface, and then click the Update button to complete the operation.
