The project dashboard provides an overview of the project implementation progress in real-time. The dashboards consist of five sections: Quick Numbers, Spent Against Top-Up, Map 1, Cumulative Sales, and Daily Sales.

The Quick Numbers section provides a summary about the project progress in terms of the following metrics: the number of beneficiaries registered on the project, number of cards assigned to beneficiaries and vendors, total amount of invoices, total amount paid to vendors so far, total amount of top-ups made to beneficiaries, total number of invoices, number of vendors registered on the project, and the number of products registered on the project.

The Spent Against Top-Up section is a graphical representation of how much so far spent by all beneficiaries of the project against the total amount of all top-ups made to all beneficiaries.

The Cumulative Sales section is a plot that shows the Cumulative Sales and the Daily Sales of all vendors in any given day of the project timeframe. Cumulative Sales is the total amount of goods sold until the day being shown to the user. The Daily Sales is the total amount of goods sold in the day being shown. By placing the mouse cursor on the graph and moving to the left and the right, the user can see the cumulative and daily sales in each day of project active time. In the screenshot below, the system is showing the Cumulative Sales until the date 05/20/2019, which is $187k and also the Daily Sales, which is $300.

The Daily Sales section shows the total amount of goods sold by each of the vendors in any given day during the lifetime of the project. The legend on top of the graph in this section shows the colors and the names of the vendors for whom the graph is displaying daily sales data. The daily sales of any given day can be displayed by placing the mouse cursor on the graph and then moving the cursor left and right. In the screenshot below, the system is showing the user the daily sales of all vendors that had sales on the date 2/17/2019.

The Map section shows a geographical representation of the geographical distribution of top-ups and invoices. The user can zoom in or out by placing the cursor on the Map section and then scrolling up and down. The invoices and top-ups data is shown in the form of circles. Additionally, the user can navigate around the map by clicking anywhere on the map and then moving the mouse in any direction. Each circle is placed in the area where the distribution was made. When the user places the cursor on a circle, the system shows a window containing the name of the area, and total amount of top-ups and invoices in that area. In the screenshot below, the system is showing the total top-ups and total invoices in the Tafla distribution point. When the map is zoomed out, the system groups areas that are too close to each other together in one circle and shows the top-ups and invoices amounts for all the grouped areas (as in the screenshot below).
