To register a beneficiary card, the registration user first logs into their account. Then, from the side menu on the android application, the registration user taps on Register Card. The system then shows an interface asking the registration user to place the card on the NFC reader area of the terminal device. After reading the card, the system shows the Register Card Interface that shows the following details: Project Name, Beneficiary, Card Unique Identifier, and Balance on Card. The interface also contains two buttons: Sign, Set Pin.

The user then sets the beneficiary’s signature by tapping on the Sign button[1], and, the beneficiary’s PIN by tapping on the Set Pin button[2]. These two options depend on the Beneficiary Verification Options that were set by the user during project setup (please see section ‎3.3.1.1 Step 1: Project Setup). After setting the beneficiary’s signature and PIN, the user should then tap on the Next button to continue. The system then asks the user to tap the beneficiary’s card onto the system to finalize the card registration, and then when then system completes the registration, displays a success message.
