In this section, you’ll learn about the Products component of the GeniusVoucher system. The Products component allows users to perform various operations on the products of a particular project. In this component, the user can add, edit and remove products.

The user can navigate to the products component by clicking on the Products link in the Project Side Menu. When the user navigates to the products component, the system shows a list of the latest products that were added to the project. The system shows the products inside of a table where each row is a product record and each column mentions a specific piece of information about a product.

The following are the information columns:

Name is the name of the product.

Category is the category of products that the product belongs to (please see section ‎3.8.4 Categories for more information).

Description is the description of the product (such as certain characteristics defined for the product).

Default Price is the price of the product.

Default Quantity is the suggested quantity of the product. This is the quantity that will be set to the product when it's being selected for purchase on the terminal device.

Unit is the unit of the product, such as KG or Piece (please see section ‎3.8.3 Units for more information).

Name in Local Language is the name of the product in the local language where the project is being implemented. This is the name of the product that will appear on the terminal device.

Image is a photo of the product. The photo of the product will appear on the terminal device next to the product's name.
