The Company Dashboard provides an overview of the client’s contracts, projects, as well as statistics about the beneficiaries and cards of the client’s active contracts in the system. The user can navigate to the Company Dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard link from the Main Navigation Menu. There are three sections in the company dashboard, namely: Contracts section, Projects section and Statistics section.

A screenshot of the Company Dashboard showing the three sections: Contracts, Projects, and Statistics

Contracts Section

The contracts are listed in a tabular view that shows the following information about each contract: RefNo, Start Date, End Date, Duration (Days), No Beneficiaries, No Cards, No Devices.

RefNo is the reference number of the contract.

Start Date, End Date, & Duration (Days) are the start date, end date and the duration of contract in days.

No Beneficiaries is the total number of beneficiaries that the client is allowed to offer voucher services. In other words, the sum of all beneficiaries in all projects cannot exceed this number.

No Cards is the total number of cards that the client purchased as per this contract. This number is usually equal to the number of beneficiaries, the number of vendors, and an additional 5% for loss and damage replacements. The total number of cards assigned to all projects of a given contract cannot exceed this number.

No Devices is the number of devices that are assigned to the contract. Similar to the contract’s number of beneficiaries and number of cards, the total number of devices assigned to all projects of a given contract cannot exceed this number.

Projects Section

The projects listing in the company dashboard shows all projects that the client has added to the system. For each project, the projects section provides the following information: project name, start date, end date, active, no beneficiaries, no cards, no invoices, no vendors, and no products.

Project Name is the name of the project.

Start Date and End Date are the start and end dates of the project.

Active tells whether the project is currently active or not.

No Beneficiaries is the total number of beneficiaries registered in the project.

No Cards is the number of cards activated on the project.

No Invoices is the number of purchases/sales so far made on the project.

No Vendors is the number of vendors registered in the project.

No Products is the number of vendors registered in the project.

Statistics Section

The statistics section in the company dashboard shows graphical representations of two important metrics for the client, the two metrics are: Active Cards Count vs Contract Cards Count, and Actual Beneficiaries Count vs Contract Beneficiaries Count.

The Active Cards Count vs Contract Cards Count shows how many cards are currently active against the total number of cards that are assigned to the client as per all of their contracts. A card is considered active if it is currently assigned to a beneficiary and/or a vendor.

The Beneficiaries Count vs Contract Beneficiaries Count shows how many beneficiaries (across all contracts and all projects) have been registered in the system against the total amount of beneficiaries specified in all projects of all contracts.
