This section is intended to give an overview of the key features and functions that the GeniusVoucher system offers. The features are categorized according to the component of the system that they belong to. The web portal contains nine components, which are: Dashboards, Projects, Beneficiaries, Packages, Vendors, Products, Users, Additional Info, and Data Navigation Tools. In addition to the web portal, there are also features and functions offered by the GeniusVoucher terminal device.

Dashboards

  • Company Dashboard: The company dashboard provides the user with an overview of statistics of all their projects on the GeniusVoucher platform. The information provided includes: a list of contracts, a list of projects, and statistics about cards and beneficiaries.

  • Project Dashboard Overview: This dashboard provides a real-time statistical information about the operation of a particular project, including: total number of beneficiaries, daily sales, areas of operation, payments and liabilities.

  • Project Products Dashboard: This dashboard provides real-time information about product sales, categorized by vendor.

  • Project Vendors Dashboard: This dashboard provides real-time information about vendor sales, payments and balances.

  • Project Beneficiaries Dashboard: This dashboard provides information about the number of beneficiaries, total top-ups, total invoices, expired balances, and current balances of beneficiaries, categorized by community.

Projects

  • New Project Wizard: A five-step wizard that allows users to create new projects. The wizard allows the user to add all beneficiaries, vendors, products and projects.

  • Project Info: Allows reviewing and updating the project details (such as the project’s title, description, duration, vendor payment thresholds, etc.).

Beneficiaries

  • Beneficiary Profile: Allows reviewing a beneficiary's invoices, top-ups, packages and personal information. The Beneficiary Profile also allows the user to update the beneficiary's personal information and/or assign packages and perform top-ups.

  • Cards: Request new cards for beneficiaries or replacements for damaged/lost cards.

Packages

Adding new top-up packages and assigning them to beneficiaries.

Vendors

  • Vendor Profile: Allows reviewing a vendor’s invoices, products, devices and personal information. The Vendor Profile also allows the user to update the vendor’s personal information, assign products to the vendor, and/or make payments.

  • Cards: Request new cards for beneficiaries or replacements for damaged/lost cards.

Products

The Products component allows adding and updating products.

  • Units: The Units component of the system allows defining new units, and updating existing ones, for use with products.

  • Categories: The categories component allows defining new components, or updating existing ones, for use with products.

Users

The Users component of the system allows adding new users and/or updating existing users. Two types of users can be added: Portal Users and Registration Users. The permissions of each user can be assigned and updated from the Users component as well.

Additional Info

The Additional Info component allows users to add and update attributes for Packages, Products, Beneficiaries, Vendors, and Projects.

Shared Data

The Shared Data component allows reviewing what data records are shared across the projects for the user’s company.

Data Navigation Tools

  • Search: allows the user to filter the data using a search term.

  • Group By: allows reorganizing the data according to the values of one or more data columns.

  • Sort and Reorder: allows sorting the data according to a particular column, and, reordering columns to a desired organization.

Terminal Device

  • New Invoice: allows creating a new invoice and processing the redeeming of a beneficiary’s balance in exchange for goods and services.

  • Payment Request: allows the vendor to request a payment from the client.
