Manager Dashboard: Callbacks

Stay on top of patient follow-ups. View all pending callbacks in one place, log new ones, or jump directly to related incident reports.

To manage callbacks, go to Incident Reports > Callbacks.

Here you’ll find a list of all pending callbacks. You can also log new callbacks or open the related incident report.

Callbacks marked as Contacted or Dismissed are removed from this list.

The Call Back In column reflects the number of days set for follow-up (default is 4 days). To change this default, contact: support@edgeauditor.com.

Callbacks can also be recorded directly within an individual incident report (see Manager Dashboard: Additional sections within the incident report for more information).
