Manager Dashboard: Printer templates

Configure which sections and fields appear when an incident report is exported as a PDF, ensuring printed or shared reports contain exactly the information you need.

You may need to print or share a report with specific sections or fields included. Printer Templates let you customize what gets included in a printable PDF version of an incident report.

How to create and use printer templates

  1. Go to Incident Reports > Printer Templates.

  2. Click New Printer Template.

  3. Name your template.

  4. Select which sections/questions to include.

  5. To include all questions in a section, click the checkbox next to the bold section name.

  6. Click Create Printer Template to save.

  7. When viewing an incident report, click the Print PDF button at the top.

  8. Select your template from the pop-up, then click Print PDF to generate your customized PDF.

  9. To edit or delete a template, click the hyperlinked template name in the main table.
