IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Android & Browser users: The Resorts app should update to the latest version automatically. If it doesn't, please select the 'Check for Update' button (on Android) or clear your browser's cache (Browser app).

  • iOS users: You can still use the 'Check for Update' feature to update your devices to the latest version. A fresh install is only required if you experience a delay with the login process.

⛷️ Resorts App Updates (version 6.0.14)

General App Updates

  • Improvements to error messaging to make these more useful and intuitive to users.

Reports Module Fixes

  • Resolved an issue with yes/no (boolean type) questions. Previously, if a yes/no question had a default answer (like "yes") and you didn't change it, the answer would appear blank in the submitted report. Now, default answers save correctly without requiring you to manually select them.

🖥️ Manager Dashboard Updates

Insights

  • The Insights section has been re-enabled, allowing you to view charts, tables and other metrics from incident reports. Please note that this feature currently works with the default incident report questions only and does not reflect customizations made to your Incident Report Template. We plan to start work on an improved insights dashboard in the spring.

Incident Reports

  • View Incident Reports: Resolved bug where very long comments left for rejected reports would be truncated if they exceeded the available width for the text input field

  • Generating PDFs: Improvements to handling of page breaks when generating a PDF, either default layout or using a printer template

Terrain Parks

  • Freestyle Terrain > Incidents in Parks: New incident reports involving a specific park will now appear correctly in the list.
