IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Android & Browser users: The Resorts app should update to the latest version automatically. If it doesn't, please select the 'Check for Update' button (on Android) or clear your browser's cache (Browser app).

  • iOS users: You can still use the 'Check for Update' feature to update your devices to the latest version. A fresh install is only required if you experience a delay with the login process.

Incident Report Updates

  • Incident Report Updates

    • Auto-save protection: If the app unexpectedly closes while you're working on a report, don't worry - your work is likely saved! When you log back in, you'll see a message asking if you want to continue where you left off.

    • Driver's license scanning improvements: We've made scanning driver's licenses more reliable and added better tracking on our end to fix any scanning issues that come up.

      • Please note: This feature currently works only on Android devices and only with NSAA incident report templates. We're working to make it available for all incident reports and iPhones/iPads soon.


🖥️ Manager Dashboard Updates

Incident Reports

  • View Incident Reports: Restored the time zone display for any time type questions (for example, MST or MDT).

  • Investigation Files: You'll now see a clear error message if you try to upload a file with a name that isn't supported.

Dispatch

  • All Sections: Restored the time zone display for any time type questions (for example, MST or MDT).

Trails

  • Trails > Incidents on Trails: New incident reports involving a specific park will now appear correctly in the list.
