Manager Dashboard: Email subscriptions

Never miss a report submission! With email subscriptions, you'll automatically receive a PDF copy of a report each time it's submitted - no need to log in and check manually.

How to set up email subscriptions

  1. From the side navigation menu, go to Reports > Alerts & Subscriptions.

  2. Select the Email Subscriptions tab at the top of the screen.

  3. Find the report you want to subscribe to and click the green Subscribe button next to its name. You'll receive an email with a PDF copy of that report each time a new submission comes in.


How to subscribe another user

  1. Open the User drop-down at the top of the screen and search for the user by name.

  2. Select the user from the results, then click Manage Alerts.

  3. Confirm the user in the pop-up that appears.

  4. Use the Subscribe buttons to set up their email subscriptions as described above.
