While the Resorts app displays only a summary of waiver information, the Manager Dashboard gives you access to each customer's full profile, including all waivers they've completed and their rental history.
Accessing Customer Records
From the side navigation, select Waivers > Completed Waivers.
At the top of the page, select the Customers tab (the second tab, next to Completed Waivers).
Use the search filters to locate the customer you're looking for.
Click the hyperlinked value in the Date Added column to open that customer's record.
Viewing the Customer Record
The customer record is organized into two tabs:
Waivers: Lists all waivers the customer has completed. Click any hyperlinked waiver name to view the full submission.
Rental History: Displays equipment rental history, if applicable.
Managing Waiver Visibility in the Resorts App
Each waiver entry includes a visibility toggle that controls whether it appears in the Waivers Lookup module on the Resorts app:
Show: The waiver is visible and searchable in the Resorts app.
Hidden: The waiver is not visible in the Resorts app.
This is particularly useful when a guest has submitted the same waiver more than once. For example, if an earlier submission was filled out incorrectly setting the incorrect waiver to Hidden ensures staff only see the valid submission when looking up the guest in the app.
