The Reports module on the Manager Dashboard has been redesigned from the ground up to make reviewing, approving and managing reports faster and easier. The Resorts app also received several improvements to the report-filling experience.

Report template management: The new interface makes it easier to build, edit and organize your templates in one place.

All staff types as question options: When building report templates, you can now include all staff types as selectable question options - giving you greater flexibility in how reports are structured.

Improved missing report alerts: The missing report alerts feature has been fully redesigned. It's now easier to set up alerts, manage existing ones and choose which dates they should trigger on.

Approval groups moved to Reports module: Approval groups specific to reports are now managed directly within the Reports module, rather than in a separate location.

Print to PDF: Report submissions can now be printed to PDF directly from the Manager Dashboard.

Custom filters for report templates: Each report template now supports up to 5 custom filter questions, making it easier to find submissions. Custom filters are designed to work with submissions created after the April 7th release. Submissions made before this date may not be fully compatible if the associated questions and/or answers were previously modified. We plan to extend filter support to all submissions at a later time.

Diagrams now linked to report templates: Diagrams are now attached to specific report templates instead of being stored in one central location. The legacy diagrams interface has been retired. If you had diagrams uploaded previously, you will need to re-attach them to the appropriate report templates. If you need help with this, please contact us at support@edgeauditor.com.

Improved question layouts: Question layouts have been updated for a cleaner, more comfortable experience when filling out reports on your device.

More reliable image saving: Saving reports that contain images is now more reliable, reducing errors when submitting photo-based reports.
