Resorts App: Using the Lift Stop Module

A step-by-step guide to logging lift stoppages in the app

  1. Log in to the EDGEauditor app on your mobile device with your user credentials and resort code.

  2. Tap the Lift Stop module on the main screen.

  3. Select your lift from the drop-down list - or start typing the lift name to filter the results - then tap CONTINUE.

  4. Tap START to begin the clock.

  5. When the lift stops, tap STOP and choose the stop reason from the drop-down list. After making your selection, tap START to restart the clock.

  6. Repeat step 5 for each stoppage during your shift.

  7. When the lift stops for the day, tap the FINISH button.

  8. You will have the option to submit the log (if connected to WIFI/cellular) or save to the local device.

    • If you choose save to local device, the lift log will be available under Pending Local Reports.
