After a trail build is submitted from the Resorts app, a supervisor reviews it in the Manager Dashboard and either accepts or rejects it.

  1. Log in to the Manager Dashboard at resort.edgeauditor.com.

  2. New builds can be accessed directly from Pending Submissions > Park Builds tab.

  3. Alternatively, from the side navigation, go to Freestyle Terrain > Park Builds.

  4. Find the build you want to review and click the hyperlinked trail name.

  5. Review the build details, then update the approval status:

    1. Accepted: The build is approved. Status changes from Pre-Approval to Accepted (Exception: if tiered approvals are used, the status will change to 'In Review' until the final approval tier has accepted the build).

    2. Rejected: The build is sent back. Add a comment explaining what needs to be corrected. Staff will see it in the app under Rejected Reports.

  6. Click Submit Status.

⚠️ Once a build is rejected, only the save options of Save Incomplete Park Build to Cloud and Save and Close Out to Cloud will be available when staff re-submit, since the build already exists in the database.

📝 If you’d like park builds to auto-approve without manual review, contact support@edgeauditor.com to enable this setting for your location.
