Resorts App: Accessing rejected reports

If any of your submitted reports are rejected, a numerical indicator will appear on the Rejected Reports module on the app’s home screen.

Reports may be rejected for a variety of reasons, depending on your resort’s standards for report completion. If a report is rejected, the reviewer can include a comment explaining what needs to be corrected.

How to access and update a rejected report:

  1. From the app home screen, select Rejected Reports.

  2. Find the report you want to update, review the comments and select the edit icon on the far right.

  3. Make the necessary updates and re-submit the report using Save and Close Out Report to Cloud.
