Once a report has been submitted using Save Report > Save and Close Out Report to Cloud, it will appear on the Manager Dashboard for supervisor or manager review and approval.

โš ๏ธ Note: Only users with the correct permissions can access and approve submitted incident reports.

How to access the Manager Dashboard:

  1. Open Google Chrome (recommended for best performance).

  2. Log in with your user credentials.

Once logged in, there are two ways to view submitted incident reports. Both options are detailed next.

Option #1: Reviewing Incident Reports via the View All Incidents Screen

From the side navigation, select Incident Reports > View All Incidents. This will display a table of all submitted incident reports for your property. Use the Status column to identify which reports require your attention.

Status Types:

  • Available > The incident report is in progress and not yet ready for review.

  • Pre-Approval > The incident report is complete and ready for supervisor/manager review.

  • Rejected > The report was reviewed and rejected by a supervisor/manager.

  • Accepted > The report was reviewed and approved by a supervisor/manager.

To review any report, click the hyperlinked Incident # (circled in the screenshot below).

If no changes are needed, you can update the report's status to Accepted using the New Approval section located at the end of the report. Then click the Update Status button.

If changes are required, you can either update the necessary fields directly within the report or change its status to Rejected. Be sure to include a comment explaining the reason for rejection.

Once rejected, the report will appear in the Rejected Reports module in the app (see Rejected reports for more details).

Using the Incident Search Filter

Since the View All Incident Reports page lists all incident reports ever submitted for your property, you can use search filters to quickly locate a specific incident report. To initiate the filters feature, select the Filters button at the top of the page. Filters can be cleared by selecting the Clear Filters button.

Option #2: Reviewing Incident Reports via Pending Submissions Screen

Another way to review a submitted incident report is by selecting Pending Submissions from the side navigation. By default, you will land on the Incident Reports tab.

The Pending Submissions screen only displays incident reports with a status of Pre-Approval or Rejected. To review a report, click the hyperlinked Report # (circled in the screenshot below).

From there, the review, edit, approval, or rejection process is the same as described above.

Once a report status is changed from Pre-Approval to Accepted, it will be removed from the Pending Submissions screen.
