Once a report has been submitted using Save Report > Save and Close Out Report to Cloud, it will appear on the Manager Dashboard for supervisor/manager review and approval.
⚠️ Note: Only users with the correct permissions can access and approve submitted reports.
Option #1: Reviewing reports via the View All Reports page
From the side navigation, click on Reports > View All Reports. Locate the report you’re looking for under the Active Reports tab (selected by default). If it’s housed within a report folder, click the drop down to view all reports belonging to that folder.
Status types:
Available: The report is in progress and not yet ready for review.
Pre-Approval: The report is complete and ready for supervisor/manager review.
Rejected: The report was reviewed and rejected by a supervisor/manager.
Accepted: The report was reviewed and approved by a supervisor/manager.
Once you locate the report, click the hyperlinked first column (circled in the screenshot below) to review the submission.
If no changes are needed, you can update the report's status to Accepted using the New Approval section located at the end of the report. Then click the Update Status button.
If changes are required, you can either update the necessary fields directly within the report or change its status to Rejected. Be sure to include a comment explaining the reason for rejection.
Once rejected, the report will appear in the Rejected Reports module in the app (see accessing rejected reports for more details).
Using the report search filter
Since the page you are on lists all reports for that template ever submitted for your property, you can use search filters to quickly locate a specific report. To initiate the filters feature, select the Filters button at the top of the page. Filters can be cleared by selecting the Clear Filters button.

Option #2: Reviewing reports via pending submissions
Another way to review a submitted report is by selecting Pending Submissions from the side navigation. By default, you will land on the Incident Reports tab (if you have access to this module). Select the second tab, Reports & Inspections.
The Pending Submissions screen only displays reports with a status of Pre-Approval or Rejected. To review a report, click the hyperlinked report name (circled in the screenshot below).
Clicking the report number under the 'Linked To' column will open the incident report that report is linked to in a new tab.
From there, the review, edit, approval, or rejection process is the same as described above.
Once a report status is changed from Pre-Approval to Accepted, it will be removed from the Pending Submissions screen.
