Resorts App: How to look up guest waivers

Searching for completed waivers via the Resort App

If your resort requires guests to sign a waiver before participating in an activity β€” such as mountain biking or zip lining - EDGEauditor allows you to digitize that waiver and make it accessible to your staff instantly.

Guests complete and submit their waiver before arriving at the activity or equipment rental location. Once submitted, the waiver can be looked up from any device with the EDGEauditor app installed, or from the browser version at browser.edgeauditor.com.


How to look up a completed waiver

  1. From the app home screen, select Waiver Lookup.

  2. Enter the guest's name, phone number, or email address and select Search.

  3. Locate the correct guest from the search results and tap their record to open it.

  4. Review the guest details, including:

    • Which waivers they have completed

    • The date each waiver was signed

    • The date each waiver expires

    • Initials and signatures for each waiver

    • A photo of the guest, if one was included with their waiver

  5. Once you've confirmed the guest has a valid waiver on file, you're all set to get them started with their activity.
