Accessing the Data Export
From the side navigation, select Waivers > Completed Waivers.
At the top of the page, select the Data Export tab (the third tab, next to Customers).
Configuring Your Export
Date Range: Select the date range you'd like to export data for.
Waiver Selection: Choose whether to export all waivers or a specific subset:
All: Includes every waiver in the export.
Manage: Click the Manage link to select specific waivers from your property. When finished, click the green Add Waivers button to confirm your selection. The tab will update to show an Edit link with the number of selected waivers in brackets. The Manager Dashboard saves your selections, so the same waivers will be pre-selected the next time you run an export. To make changes, click Edit.
Export Format: Select the format that best suits your needs:

One PDF per guest waiver | |
CSV | A spreadsheet listing completion date, waiver name, guest name, date of birth and customer questions (if applicable) |
JPEG | A bulk export of participant photos - useful for printing season passes or similar (requires photo capture to be enabled on the waiver station) |
Running the Export: Click the Export button to begin processing. A confirmation message will appear on screen, and once the export is ready you'll receive an email with a download link. Processing time varies depending on the volume of data - larger exports may take several minutes or more.
