Setting up your EROAD and GeoOp Integration

This integration requires set up on EROAD's side before it can be used in GeoOp. To enable this feature you should contact your EROAD sales consultant, they can do the rest for you. You can call EROAD on +64 9 927 4700 or support@eroad.com.

Once you are set up on EROAD's side, when logged in as an Administrator, go to the Settings Cog in the navigation bar and click on "Integrations" in the menu. You will see the EROAD logo under GPS Navigation menu, click on "Setup". In the popup window, tick Enable EROAD, then click save.

Top Tip:

  • If you make a mistake at any point or need to disconnect the integration, you can head back to this page and click Disconnect

Matching the EROAD Unit to the GeoOp Staff Member

You will be able to use the GeoOp staff list to assign GPS units to specific staff members.

Using EROAD Integration

EROAD can send all GPS data from your vehicles to GeoOp, you simply assign a vehicle to each user and the GPS data will start displaying within GeoOp.

Each unit's GPS data will appear on the GeoMap linked with the staff information, including some additional information, like speed, that comes from EROAD (no extra GPS data is shown in the below screenshot - this indicates where the information will be)
