Firstly, your GeoOp Administrator needs to create a document template that will be used to create all your invoices in GeoOp. Check that article that explains how to create an invoice template (only available in the web version).

Once the invoice template is set up, simply head to the corresponding job and click + > Document. From the list of documents listed on your screen, select the one corresponding to the invoice template that your GeoOp Administrator created.

Once created, you can view that document in the Invoices tab under that job.

Coming soon: we are currently working on a default invoice template that will be provided by default with your GeoOp account so your Administrator won't have to create one from scratch. Once available, the invoice generated will also show up under the Invoices tab of your jobs.

To void an invoice, simply click on the ... next to the invoice and select Void Invoice. Once confirmed, the Invoice PDF will be deleted.

To access that feature your GeoOp Administrator needs to grant you the permission "Create, edit and delete Notes & Files within Jobs".

Simply head to the corresponding job, go to the Documents tab and click on the ... next to the invoice you want to send. Select Send via email, customise the content of your message and send it.

If you are using a third-party accounting software to create your invoices, such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or FreshBooks, your invoices created in GeoOp can easily be sent to your accounting software.
