The GeoOp app allows you to directly call and messages the client or billing client associated to any job from the job Overview screen. However, sometimes you may need to capture other phone numbers than the main client's one for your team to contact the right person. To achieve this, the GeoOp app allows your team to directly call any mobile or landline phone number that is added to the job description or note description fields.

If a valid phone number is added to the job description or note description field, the app will automatically highlight it in blue and make it clickable. Simply click on the number to make a call.

What phone number formats are accepted?

For the app to recognise a phone number, it needs to follow this rules:

  • Starts with a 0 or with the country code (E.g. +61, +64, +44, +1, etc.)

  • Do not include any space

    • E.g. 0412 123 123 won't be recognised, but 0412123123 will be recognised

  • Do not include any special character such as dashes or parentheses.

    • E.g. 0412-123-123 or 0(412)123123 won't be recognised
