GeoWise provides flexible cancellation policy options, allowing you to customize how cancellations are handled for your services.

You can choose from three distinct settings based on your business needs:
1. Customizable Cancellation Policy (For Card Bookings)
This option lets you create a tailored cancellation policy for clients who pay with a card.
- Percentage Charged: Decide what percentage of the booking cost is charged if a client cancels.
- Cut-Off Time: Specify the time frame in which the cancellation fee applies, such as 24 or 48 hours before the appointment.
2. Deposit Advance (Cash or Card Bookings)
Ideal for securing a portion of your fee in advance, applicable for both cash and card bookings.
- Deposit Amount: Set a fixed amount to be charged as a deposit at the time of booking.
- Cut-Off Time: Establish when the deposit becomes non-refundable, like 24 hours before the appointment.
3. Off
If you prefer not to have a cancellation policy, simply select this option. It means no charges will be applied for cancellations regardless of the timing.
Configuring Your Policy
To set up or change your cancellation policy:
1. Navigate to your GeoWise settings.
2. Select 'Cancellation Policy'.
3. Choose and customize your preferred option.
