If you're having issues with a promo code or a referral, it usually just means one of the conditions hasn't been met yet.

You can find all of the criteria for the referral offer here. For promo codes, you'll find the specific criteria by viewing the offer on any of our affiliate sites or the terms given with the code.
Here are the key things to check:
Have you deposited the required amount?
Have you held your deposit in your account for the required timeframe without withdrawing any of it?
Is the promo for new customers only? A new customer is defined as someone who has never previously held a Chip account and not already redeemed a new customer promotion.
If it's a referral, has the person you referred completed all of the criteria?
Was the deposit made into the correct account within Chip?
Are you on the latest version of the Chip app?
If it's a promo code, is the offer still valid? Promo codes are only offered for specific amounts of time, so it's worth checking that the code is still in date.
