If you're having issues with a promo code or a referral, it's always worth checking that you have fulfilled all of the required criteria.

You can find the criteria for the referral scheme here and you will see the promo criteria when viewing the offer on any of our affiliate sites or the terms given with each promo code.
It's worth checking the following:
Have you deposited the required amount?
Have you held your deposit in your account for the required timeframe without withdrawing some or all of it?
Are you a new customer (if applicable) - meaning has your account been created in the last 14 days?
If it's a referral, has the person who you referred completed all of the criteria?
Did you deposit into the correct savings account within Chip? For example, for our referral scheme, you need to deposit into the Chip Instant Access Account
Are you on the latest version of the Chip app?
If it's a promo code, is the offer still valid? Promo codes are only offered for specific amounts of time so it's worth checking that the code is still in-date
