I'm having trouble withdrawing

If you're having trouble withdrawing your funds, it's usually because of one of two things. Here's what you can check:

Is your bank account linked?

You must have a linked bank account to withdraw funds. If you're not sure, you can easily check this by heading to your Profile tab in the app.

Do you have a deposit that's still processing?

Some deposits, like autosaves, can take a little longer to clear before they are available for you to withdraw. Please wait for the deposit to land in your account before trying to withdraw again.
