After you've requested a transfer out of your cash ISA, you may need to wait a little while before you can close your overall Chip account.
Even if the funds have already landed with your new provider, we can't close your account until the transfer is fully completed. This is because we have to wait for the entire process to finalise on our end, which can take up to 15 working days.
