Yes, you can submit a cash ISA transfer request to be processed after its maturity date, as long as the ISA matures within the next 60 days. If the maturity date is further away than that, you'll need to wait to submit your request.
When you start the transfer process, you'll be able to specify whether it's a regular cash ISA or a fixed-term cash ISA and confirm its maturity date.
