Reach out to your current provider to ask them to cancel the transfer on their end.
Can Chip guarantee my cancellation request will be successful?
We can't guarantee that your cancellation request will be successful. Since ISA transfers can be processed at any time within the 15 working-day timeframe, we won't be able to stop it if your transfer has already been completed.
