To transfer your Stocks & Shares ISA out of Chip, you just need to contact the new ISA provider you wish to move to.

To proceed:

  1. Contact your new provider. Let them know you want to do an ISA transfer into their platform.

  2. Complete their paperwork. Your new provider will give you a 'transfer in' form (this might be a physical form or a digital one) and all the details you need to complete it. You’ll need to provide them with your Chip Stocks & Shares ISA account ID.

  3. The new provider contacts us. Once you've submitted the form, your new provider will then contact our ISA administrator, Seccl, to process the transfer.

How your new provider contacts us

Your new provider can easily start the transfer by emailing Seccl directly at transfers@seccl.tech or by using their electronic ISA transfer solution.

That's it! Once you've completed the form, your new provider handles the rest of the process with us.

*When investing, your capital is at risk. The value of your investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than your original investment. Seccl Custody Limited is the ISA Manager for the Chip Stocks and Shares ISA. Fund management charges apply. ISA limits apply. Invest £20k per tax year. Chip does not provide tax or financial advice. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may be subject to change in the future.
