Here's how you can find the correct account ID you need for an ISA transfer:
Go into your Chip Stocks & Shares ISA in the app.
Select any fund within your ISA (it doesn't matter which one).
Tap Settings.
Select Investment Statements.
Open your most recent statement.
You'll find your account ID listed in the Accounts overview section on the statement.
Important to know: Please note that your account ID is different from your client ID.
