In cases of genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances due to events outside of your control, we may be able to allow a fourth withdrawal within the 12-month period without triggering the reduced interest rate.
These types of exceptional circumstances may include:
The diagnosis of a serious or terminal illness.
Bankruptcy, insolvency, or sequestration.
Unforeseen personal, family, or financial circumstances.
In these situations, our support team will consider each case on a discretionary basis.
