What to do if you can't login to your Chip app

If you're having trouble accessing the app, it's worth trying these steps to resolve the issue:

  • Update your app: Delete and reinstall the Chip app. This ensures you're on the latest version and clears any cached data (please note, this will not delete your overall Chip account).

  • Reset your PIN: Open the app and select Forgotten your PIN? on the login screen to initiate the reset process. Please allow 5 minutes for the PIN reset to be processed by our system before attempting to log in again.

  • Force close the app: Fully close (force close) the app and then reopen it before entering your new PIN.
